Additionally, it functions as an ideal emulsifier in milk, non-dairy creamers, margarine, fresh cream, meat products, and both animal and vegetable oils, among others.
(1) Elevate dough's elasticity, toughness, and gas retention, enhancing the volume and texture of bread and steamed bread.
(2) Engage in reactions with amylose to effectively delay and deter food aging.
(3) Simplify the removal of biscuits from molds, resulting in smooth appearances, well-defined layers, and a satisfying crispness.
(4) Soften and enhance the pliability of hot and spicy foods, while significantly extending their shelf life.
(5) Achieve smoother surfaces, reduced breakage, and improved soaking and boiling resistance in noodles, dried noodles, and instant noodles, rendering them delectably chewy.

Optimal Usage Guidelines:
(1) Simply blend directly with flour for immediate use.
(2) Dissolve the product in warm water at approximately 60°C with a ratio of 1:6 to create a paste, then incorporate into flour for enhanced results.
(3) In non-dairy creamers or similar products, ensure thorough heating with emulsified substances to achieve a seamless emulsion before further processing.
