Mainly used in food and industry. The food industry is mainly used in:

1, six sodium phosphate for meat products, fish sausage, ham and so on, can improve the water holding capacity, increase the sex, prevent fat oxidation;
2, for the miso, soy sauce can prevent discoloration, increase the viscosity, shorten the fermentation period, adjust the taste;
3, for fruit drinks, cool drinks, can increase the juice rate, increase the viscosity, inhibit the decomposition of vitamin C;
4, for ice cream can increase the expansion capacity, increase the volume, enhance the role of emulsion to prevent the destruction of the paste, improve the taste and color;

Usage

Used as food quality improver in the food industry, used in canned food, fruit juice, milk, soy milk. Can be used as Ph regulator, metal ion chelating agent, adhesive agent and expansion agent. For beans, canned fruits and vegetables can be a stable natural pigment and protect the food's color; in canned meat in the fat emulsion and maintain uniform texture; for meat food can improve the water holding and prevent meat fatty degeneration. Add beer, can clear liquor, prevent turbidity.

Used in boiler water and industrial water (including dye production water, titanium dioxide production water, dyeing sizing and dyeing water, cleaning color film copy water and chemical water, drugs and reagents production water) water softener, water for industrial circulating cooling water treatment agent; also used as a corrosion inhibitor, flotation agent, dispersing agent, high temperature binder, dyeing auxiliaries, metal surface treatment, anti rust agent, detergent additives, cement hardening accelerator.
